As a father of five and a dedicated youth sports coach, his absolute priority is protecting the Franklin Township his family has called home for decades. His deep background in investigative oversight and public administration ensures that Franklin Township’s tax dollars and zoning laws will be managed with uncompromising discipline.

Eugene J. Caldwell, II brings over three decades of executive-level public administration and management experience to the table. Having managed comprehensive taxpayer-funded budgets and overseen large-scale personnel operations, Eugene knows how to cut through government bureaucracy and demand strict accountability. His extensive background in operational oversight ensures that Franklin Township’s tax dollars and zoning laws will be managed with uncompromising discipline.
