Free Backpack & School Supply Pickup for Franklin Twp Families

As we gear up for the new school year, we know how fast back-to-school lists add up.

Earlier this week, Township Committee Candidates Phil Venticinque and Eugene Caldwell hosted a community drive at the local VFW. The residents of Franklin Township showed up with incredible generosity, dropping off hundreds of items to ensure every local student is ready for the first day of class.

Now, we want to get these supplies directly into the hands of the families who need them most.

If you are a Franklin Township family in need of a little extra assistance this year, Phil and Eugene invite you to stop by the Franklin Township Library on Tuesday, August 25th, between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM.

What to expect:

• Available Items: We will have a variety of new backpacks, notebooks, folders, pencils, crayons, and other essential classroom supplies.
• Respect & Privacy: This is a zero-pressure, welcoming environment. Just come pick out what your students need.
• Cost: 100% Free for Franklin Township residents.

Supplies are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Stop by and let us help set your students up for success!
